Greetings all When i hand out auction funds to mailboxes, to the auction owners, I am frequently met by mailboxes which is either:
Secured In order to be able to drop in a mailbox, the mailbox must be secured, rather than locked down. Secure your mailbox as you would a container, by speaking "I wish to secure this" then targeting your mailbox. Security The security on the mailbox is to empty the mailbox, Anyone who has access to the house can drop in it, regardless of security. It is important that the security of the mailbox is set to a security level to only include people you trust (Normally "Owner Only or "Co-Owners"). You are presented with a security dialogue upon securing it, But if You wish to change the security later on, You can bring up the context menu for the mailbox and select "Set security", from there you can change the security (Same principle as is valid for every other item that is locked down or secured. House Public or Private In order to have access to delivering mail to you, your house needs to be accessible to the sender. This can be done by the "Grant access" feature in the house menu to a specific individual, or for everyone by setting your house to public. I hope this little guide will help people get more mail, safely. Safe travels -Gil |
