Greetings all

Since we have had issues reaching out to one seller on our 38th auction, with no signs of life, despite multiple PMs and E-Mails, it has now been decided that:

If despite best efforts we can not reach you, get contact with you, and as such not able to give you your auction gold, 3 months after the event took place where it was earned, we are going to presume that you don't want it, wherever that was because you stopped playing or other reasons. And put it in our event box to fund future events.

I realize this may seem harsh, but we cannot keep another person's gold for an unlimited time, as it cause an imbalance in our book-keeping, and 3 months seems a reasonable amount of time to make contact and get a response through last resort method (E-Mail).

Regards
- The Knuckleheads

PS: You yourself is responsible for keeping your contact information on our site up to date.

And don't forget that this can easily be avoided if submitters have a mailbox set up and provide us with a rune to it..

Mailboxes don't seem to work if one's house is private. Apart from that your decision is acceptable. I'd even think it is rather generous.

You should consider using some of the excess gold to feed banksitters so they don't starve.

Can be solved by granting access to the house to the gold distributor.

Danish Knuckleheads can solve (almost?) any problem. As I said previously 3 months are generous. Good night, sleep well! And don't forget to give food to the poor, thank you.
