small detail(s) to be corrected/checked:
- Gargish war hammer shows speed 4.0 while it's 3.75 (normal war hammer is OK)
- on hit life and mana leech based on weapon SSI use different formula than the one mentioned on uoguide web - (http://www.uoguide.com/Hit_Life_Leech)
And that seems to be correct (based on what I can see while imbuing)

I fixed the speed of gargish war hammer in our database, and it should show correctly now.

As for leech formula, we are not using the uoguide formula, but one we came to the conclusion to our selves, if there is some issues with it, i would like steps or conditions to reproduce it not being accurate
