was thinking again and i didn`t have a caracter with spellweaving
so i gave my provoker some spellweaving .
template i am aiming for on him is :
magery/spellweaving/provoking/musicianship/peacemaking/discordance/meditation.
dunno yet what caps will be but something like this
110 magery
110 spellweaving
100 provocation
100 musicianship
100 discordance
100 meditation

will that work ?
am currently at
100 magery
100 meditation
100 musician
99 spellweaving
90.7 provo
65 peacemaking ( needs some work here )
35 disco(how can i train that )

with that template you need to deside if doing damage solely with provo and summons is enough or if you need eval in it as well at expence of something else..

personally i have a similar bard just without spellsweaving and the others higher,

provo, disco, peace, music, magery and medi/lockpicking depending on if i dig up chests or hunt in gauntlet or so.

but sure spellweaving could work in that template, but honestly i think 110 spellweaving in that template is a waste, i would either:

a) skip spellweaving and go for 120 on bard skills

b) have less spellweaving (60-80) and go for 110 on bard skills

c) drop a bard skill (provo or disco) and go for eval instead on top of the others. and have the skill not in template on stone to switch when needed.

but it all depens on what you wonna use spellweaving for, if you only want to use the gift of renewal, attucement and nature's fury, then you need no spellweaving skill as human, but if you want to use gift of life, word of death and wildfire than gm is needed or so.

uhm ok thanks well like i said in my post didn`t try spellweaving till i got it on my caracter i have my mage necro with eval int for spelldamage
uhm and provo i have been training for years now so no way i am letting it go .
but my goal is a viable spellweaver with allured creatures and thought a disco spellweaver with word of death would be great .
for this disco a critter send in my allured humanoid (arctic ogre lord or orc brute or when i find something better )and finish it off with a word of death or 2 .
provocation for when the creature attacks me or when there is more then one creature same with peacemaking
and magery for the needed gate ,invis, archcure ,healing my pet and myself . and the reason for spellweavng 110 is that i don`t wanna fizzle too mucjh on wod .
btw are we having some spellweavers in the guild cus i`d like a focus crystal level 5 or 6 for bosses ?

well oki, but could stone a bard skill then and get higher in the other ones :)

and rumor have it we will be getting legacy tokens for xmas so just claim two full stones from them and switch away between skills as needed :)

but sure your template as you posted it could work, but if you want to fight the heavy stuff in uo, then more than gm is needed in bard skills.
