i have now tested this template and have to say that i absolutely love it, here are the skills.

115 swords (looking for 20er)
115 bushido
115 parry
115 anatomy
100 resisting spells
65 chivalry
61 tactics
34 necromancy (99 for Vampire Embrace with obsidian book, bloodwood spirit with necro, 15 on brace and ring and midnight bracers (mine are cursed so its all in bank))

VE gives life leech and poison immuness up to level 4 poison, the downside is it takes like 20 or so fire resi and makes you 'allergic' to garlic, so make sure you compensate for that in your suit.

"what? no healing?", thats right.. no healing are needed, with life leech from VE and Confidense from bushido you dont need any healing except the odd g.heal potion.

i tested it well and killed succubus solo with this template without any major problems. However make sure you have lots of mr and lmc on suit so you can constant cast the evade spell from bushido when facing hard hitting stuff :)

happy hunting, i can recommend this if you like melee fighters :)

This looks equal to what i plan to do with Amandil :-)

I read a lot about Samu-Vamp-Palis in other forums and this should be the perfect template:

120 Swords
120 Parry
120 Bushido
100 Anatomy
90 Healing
70 Chivalry
76 Tactics
24 Necro (Equip for VE as Gil said but add Mark of Travesty with +10 Necro)

Only Diffrence to Gils Template is the Healing instead of the Resist. You need the Heal because you can't cast Confidence all the time while casting Evasion for parry special attacks.

I have no own experiences yet because I've not the money to buy all the scolls and equip needed but I saw a guy with that template who killed complete Doom Gauntled, Lord Paroxymus and Dreadhorn ALONE!!! So this should be the perfect dexxer template

A few words to the Equip

Mace and Shield Reading Classes
Jackals Collar
RBC
Crimsons
Fey Leggins
High Res Sleeves (with MR if possible)
Gauntlets of Nobility
Quiver of Infinity
Primer on Arms
Ring and Bracde should fix your open resists and have some DCI/HCI

As Weapon you take an Ornate or No-Dachi with high HLD HML SSI and DI

If you find good sleeves (mine are 84) this suit gives you 70/70/70/70/75 and some other awesome mods like 45 DCI

yea not bad, i did put healing on her too, tried experimenting with ss as well but in the end i gave up bushido as i could find no good two hand weps. and use a shield in stead :)
