Host change information.

Our site, and associated services, may be unavailable for some hours around December 3rd around 2AM GMT, 3 AM CET, 9 PM EST (Dec 2nd).
Reason is that we are changing our host provider. Not that we are unsatisfied with the one we have been using for the past 10 years. But due to our current host, has been sold, to the one we are moving to.
We hope to make the move as seamless as possible. But apologize for any inconvenience in advance.
